Three years ago, the cosmic villain Dong King led his army to Earth. Dong King began distributing low-quality food that can control people's minds, resulting in those who consumed it becoming mindless minions of Dong King. His army even reached Suga Island, Pucca's home. Fortunately, with the help of the chefs from Giant Dragon Express, Pucca and her friends were able to drive away Dong King's army.

However, Dong King, who barely survived after the defeat, coincidentally acquired particle stones and particle elements. With these, he once again gained the ability to control minds and clone lifeforms. Using the dark force of particles, Dong King returns to Earth and kidnaps Pucca's friends. Now, Pucca is embarking on an adventure to save both the Earth and her friends. Will you join her journey?
